About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team in Glenrothes/North East Fife and surrounding areas. As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of support staff, identifying training needs, leading the writing of support plans, and participating in review meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a team of support staff
  • Identify training needs and lead the writing of support plans
  • Participate in review meetings and contribute to the development of the team
  • Provide practical support with daily life, personal care, and promoting a positive, active, and healthy lifestyle
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in supporting individuals within care
  • Experience of leading teams in a social care environment
  • Hold a full driving license and have access to own vehicle
  • SVQ level 3 or working towards it
