Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team in our store, creating a great customer experience
- Manage the full service cycle, from sales to customer satisfaction
- Track P&L, plan trading events, minimize costs, and deliver KPIs
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
