About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Stock Team Member at Next. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process stock quickly and accurately, including locating, packing, and transferring stock in and out of store.
- Meet deadlines to deliver stock to our customers on time.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized store environment.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to provide fast and friendly service to customers.
- Support the store coordinator or manager in achieving store goals and objectives.

- You are a great communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- You are accurate, thorough, and well-organized, with a keen eye for detail.
- You take pride in your work and approach tasks with energy, pace, and dedication.
- You are happy to work independently and take ownership of your tasks.
