About the Role:
You will be responsible for assisting clients with daily activities while promoting independence and dignity. This may include tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as supporting clients with mobility and transfers as needed. You will also be expected to prepare meals according to dietary requirements and preferences outlined in care plans, provide companionship, and engage clients in meaningful activities.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor client health status.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in home care or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with care plans and the ability to follow them accurately is advantageous.
- A valid driving licence is desirable for transporting clients or running errands as required.
- Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
- IT skills are beneficial for maintaining records and documentation related to client care.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
