Teaching Assistant for SEMH Pupils

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our team in Salford. As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students with SEMH needs and contribute to their academic success.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in education, working alongside experienced professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact on young people's lives.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with students and staff, and be flexible in their approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences
- Monitor and report student progress
- Contribute to the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications or experience in education or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
