Business Operations Manager

This is a full-time position responsible for the day-to-day running of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the gym, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage controllable costs such as stock orders and cleaning supplies to eliminate wastage and overspend
- Lead the recruiting, monitoring, training and onboarding of new team members within the gym
- Report facilities and maintenance related issues in accordance with best practice guidelines
- Be resilient and agile to react to challenging situations and find solutions
- Manage all policies and procedures including Health & Safety, inclusive of pool plant operations
- Ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times
- Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable)
- 1+ year previous management role experience within the fitness industry
- Strong leadership qualities
- Adaptability in communication and management style depending on the team member and their drivers
- Flexibility in working hours and location to support the needs of the business
