Quantitative Analyst - Sports Betting

At Venture Up, we are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Analyst to join our team in London. As a key member of our sports betting division, you will be responsible for building and improving sports prediction models, researching recent advances in Bayesian updating, and designing and building your own models using your own ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex statistical models to analyze and predict sports betting outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for model improvement and implement changes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Bayesian updating to inform model development.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of commercial experience working in the sports betting industry.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in statistics or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills and experience with data analysis tools.
