We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Harwich International Port. As a key member of our Engineering Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our heavy plant and machinery equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on heavy plant and machinery equipment, including linkspans, bridges, and material handling equipment.
- Use your engineering skills to diagnose and repair complex faults, ensuring equipment safety and performance.
- Work proactively and unsupervised, either independently or as part of a team, to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Accurately record and manage stock, spares, and parts using MAXIMO.
- Minimum Level 3 Qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds) or ONC in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- Ability to analyze and diagnose complex faults from limited data and history.
- Full UK driving license.
