Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, plan, and execute care programs with confidence
- Provide leadership to your team, serving as a role model for other staff
- Supervise students, junior nurses, and other team members
Requirements:
- RSCN/RN Child with current NMC registration
- Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience in any paediatric acute setting
- Mentorship course or equivalent - or willingness to undertake within the first year
