Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paediatric Nurse Specialist to join our High Dependency Unit (HDU) team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in paediatric nursing and a passion for delivering high standards of care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Delivering high standards of care to patients in the HDU
  2. Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients
  3. Participating in the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of care to patients
  4. Providing education and support to junior staff and students
  5. Contributing to the development of our team and the Trust as a whole

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NMC registration as a Paediatric Nurse
  • Experience working in an acute paediatric setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
