We are seeking a highly motivated Scientist/Senior Scientist – Disease biology Specialist – Leukaemia to join our dynamic team at Amphista Therapeutics Limited.

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have the unique chance to contribute to the advancement of our Leukaemia project, working closely with experienced drug discovery experts in a multidisciplinary team environment. Key responsibilities include designing, conducting, and analysing flow cytometry datasets, as well as developing and implementing novel cell-based assays.
- Design and execute high-quality experiments to investigate the impact of Amphista molecules on AML pathway biology.
- Develop and troubleshoot novel cell-based assays using literature as a guide.
- Contribute to the translation biology strategy by building understanding of how degraders can be effective therapies in AML.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess a PhD in Cell Biology, Pharmacology, or a related field, with strong expertise in haematological malignancies, particularly Leukaemia's. A practical understanding of various cellular assay methods and technologies is also essential.
- PhD in Cell Biology, Pharmacology, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of multi-target flow cytometry and measuring processes such as apoptosis, differentiation, and changes in stem cell markers.
- Strong expertise in haematological malignancies, particularly Leukaemia's (AML).
