Ribbons & Reeves is seeking a highly skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in London. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support SEND children and develop essential skills for your career.

Job Overview:
  • This is a long-term contract until July 2025, providing stability and a clear pathway for growth.

You will work directly with SEND children, providing tailored support in both group sessions and one-to-one settings. Adapt teaching styles to meet the individual needs of students and help them thrive. Collaborate with the SENDCo and Class Teachers to plan and deliver effective lessons. Contribute to creating an inclusive environment where students feel valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support to SEND children in group and one-to-one settings.
  • Adapt teaching styles to meet individual student needs.
  • Collaborate with the SENDCo and Class Teachers to plan and deliver lessons.

To be successful in this role, you will require a relevant First-Class Degree from a top 20 UK University and a genuine passion for teaching and supporting SEND students. Additionally, determination to grow and develop the skills needed to succeed in this role is essential.

About the Role:

This role offers a competitive daily pay of £95 via PAYE, including holiday pay, and the chance to work in a Good Ofsted-rated mixed primary school in Waltham Forest, London.
