We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our logistics team at JT Recruit. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of operations by moving and handling goods with precision and care.

**Responsibilities:**

You will be responsible for:

  • ">
  • Efficiently operating the counterbalance forklift to load, unload, and transport goods across the warehouse and production areas.
  • Safely handling materials to prevent damage and ensure they are stored correctly.
  • Conducting regular checks on the forklift to ensure it is in good working condition, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
  • Supporting warehouse activities such as stock rotation, inventory checks, packing, and labelling when required.
  • Working closely with team members and supervisors to ensure operational targets are met on time.
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in your workspace.
  • FOLLOWING ALL HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES TO CREATE A SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT FOR YOURSELF AND OTHERS.

**What We're Looking For:**

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A valid Counterbalance Forklift License - Essential for this role.
  • Previous experience as a counterbalance forklift driver in a busy warehouse or production setting.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
  • A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills to overcome daily challenges.
  • Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Knowledge of warehouse health and safety practices and the ability to adhere to them consistently.
