Key Responsibilities:

* Efficiently operate the counterbalance forklift to load, unload, and transport goods across the warehouse and production areas.

* Safely handle materials to prevent damage and ensure they are stored correctly.

* Conduct regular checks on the forklift to ensure it is in good working condition, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.

* Support warehouse activities such as stock rotation, inventory checks, packing, and labelling when required.

* Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure operational targets are met on time.

* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in your workspace.

* Follow all health and safety guidelines to create a safe working environment for yourself and others.

What We’re Looking For:

* Valid Counterbalance Forklift License – Essential for this role.

* Previous experience as a counterbalance forklift driver in a busy warehouse or production setting.

* Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.

* A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills to overcome daily challenges.

* Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

* Knowledge of warehouse health and safety practices and the ability to adhere to them consistently.

* Own Transport – Due to the rural location of the site, having reliable transport is necessary.
