Job Title: Automotive Service Professional

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:
  • Perform scheduled vehicle service and repair work in accordance with manufacturer standards.
  • Diagnose non-routine defects and examine vehicles for regulatory compliance.
  • Carry out jobs within budgeted time and maintain labour productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with colleagues to maintain workshop standards and cleanliness.
  • Take responsibility for daily equipment maintenance and report defects or issues.
  • Follow key processes to achieve quality and efficiency targets.
  • Coach and support apprentice technicians.
  • Provide assistance and guidance to colleagues.
