We are seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to join our team at StructureFlow Ltd.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead our user experience design efforts and play a key role in shaping the future of corporate structures and transactions.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional UX outcomes for our users and driving business value through your designs.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the end-to-end UX design process, promoting cross-functional collaboration across teams.
  2. Rely on data analytics, user experience research, and behavioural frameworks to inform design decisions.
  3. Engage closely with customers, recommending, planning, and executing UX research to gather insights for the design process.
  4. Understand competitors, identify areas for improvement, and create opportunities for better user experiences and competitive advantage.
  5. Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to craft engaging user experiences that seamlessly connect real-world and digital interactions.
  6. Create user personas, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs to effectively communicate design ideas and actively seek feedback.
  7. Maintain our design system, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  8. Contribute to building the culture of the design team, including line management and coaching for junior members.
  9. Stay up-to-date with best practices and industry trends in UX design, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence within our application and processes.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' proven experience as a UX designer, ideally with a degree or equivalent in Human Computer Interaction, UX, or a related discipline.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and expertise in designing complex web or application features and interfaces, preferably in a B2B context.
  • A passion for creating products and experiences that resonate with people and drive changes in their behaviour, with a strong focus on user-centred design principles and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions.
  • Experience in user research, usability testing, and persona creation.
  • Strong visual design skills with proficiency in UX design tools, including Figma.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills to present and articulate design concepts and rationale to end-users and stakeholders.
