Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential prospects that match our target client profiles.
- Makes outbound cold calls to create a pipeline of prospects and introduce our company and services.
- Evaluates the validity of the prospect's need for our products and services.
- Converts cold calls into qualified leads and books appointments for the sales team.
- Maintains a record of all contacts and outcomes, updating the CRM system accordingly.
- Ensures timely completion of tasks, meeting and exceeding monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.
