The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of retail and e-commerce, with a strong focus on end-to-end strategy from UX to CRO to performance to omni-channel integration. Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic plans, leading weekly trading meetings, and collaborating with the retail team to improve customer journeys. The successful candidate will be well-versed in digital marketing, merchandising, and operations, with a passion for enhancing the customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute strategic plans to drive P&L growth
* Lead weekly trading meetings to share ideas and best practices
* Collaborate with the retail team to improve customer journeys
* Develop and lead execution of the B2C omnichannel strategy
* Devise and implement the retail product and brand strategy

**Requirements:**

* In-depth understanding of retail and e-commerce
* Strong understanding of end-to-end e-commerce strategy
* Proven track record of driving P&L growth
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
