Blu Digital is seeking a seasoned Ecommerce Director to drive growth and develop strategic plans. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the execution of our B2C omnichannel strategy and devising and implementing the retail product and brand strategy. Your expertise will be crucial in defining customer journeys and supporting the retail team. You will also lead weekly Trading meetings and share ideas and best practices with colleagues. To succeed in this role, you will have a deep understanding of Retail and e-Commerce, with a strong grasp of end-to-end eCommerce strategy from UX to CRO to performance to omni-channel integration.
