Commercial Controller Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Controller to join our dynamic Rental Department at Anderselite. This exciting opportunity will see you manage contracts end-to-end and provide commercial control for rental department contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and issuing regular account development reviews to clients
- Managing financial aspects and outcomes of 60+ projects
- Updating project management systems with revenue and costs
- Generating project reports and applications for payment
- Liaising with managers and clients to review project progress and resolve issues
- Managing variation processes with contractors, clients, and customers
- Reviewing pricing documents and contracts (including JCT and NEC)
- Overseeing cash collection and retention recovery processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of drawings and building design
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in commercial contract review
- Financial project management expertise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
