Nursery Practitioner 1:1 Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Practitioner 1:1 Specialist to join our team at Cheshire College - South & West. As a key member of our nursery staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children with specialist needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children with specialist needs, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the child's family and multidisciplinary teams.
- Work closely with the nursery team to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the nursery's curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of children with specialist needs.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in specialist childcare.
- GCSE Grade C (4/5) in Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards.
- Update-to-date knowledge of current educational practice, including the latest EYFS (September 2023).
- Ability to use information technology to supplement education (Iconnect/Parentzone).
- Proven skills in working with children and understanding their needs.
