Job Title: Domestic Abuse Prevention Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Domestic Abuse Prevention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Multi-Disciplinary Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting victims and survivors of domestic abuse, as well as working with perpetrators to reduce the risk of harm.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of expertise and knowledge in the area of domestic abuse. You will work closely with our Assessment and Intervention Teams, as well as other partner agencies, to provide a comprehensive service to victims and survivors of domestic abuse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver effective interventions for perpetrators of domestic abuse
  • Work with victims and survivors of domestic abuse to provide support and guidance
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of multi-agency strategies to reduce the risk of domestic abuse
  • Provide training and support to other professionals on domestic abuse and perpetrator intervention
  • Work closely with our Assessment and Intervention Teams to ensure a comprehensive service to victims and survivors of domestic abuse
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have significant experience of working with perpetrators of domestic abuse, as well as a strong understanding of the complexities of domestic abuse and the impact it has on victims and survivors. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a multi-agency setting.
