Logistics Operations Team Lead

Are you a seasoned logistics professional looking to drive efficiency and collaboration in a fast-paced night shift environment? As a Logistics Operations Team Lead at Williams Racing, you will oversee and coordinate all logistics floor activities during the evening shift to ensure seamless operations. With a strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse management processes, you will be responsible for supervising movements across the logistics floor, addressing discrepancies, and collaborating with engineering and quality assurance teams.
As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a vital role in maintaining inventory integrity, ensuring readiness for the day shift, and providing guidance and support to your colleagues. If you have proven experience in a logistics or warehouse team leader role, a strong understanding of booking-in processes, and knowledge of MPI processes or equivalent quality improvement methodologies, we want to hear from you
We are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion. Our estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role is based in the UK and requires a weekday night shift pattern, Monday to Thursday 6pm-2am.
