Pension Insurance Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Actuarial Analyst to join our Finance Actuarial and Capital team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our statistical model to understand the risks faced by PIC and how they impact our balance sheet.

You will also have the opportunity to support the wider capital teams on small projects and BAU work covering market and non-market risks as well as assumption setting. Additionally, you will be part of our student scheme, rotating into various teams within the Finance department.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting various Major and Minor Internal Model changes
  • Supporting capital modelling developments across a wide array of market and non-market risks
  • Supporting the Internal Model change forum
  • Liaising with key stakeholders across the business
  • Assisting with scanning for regulatory and market related changes

Requirements:

  • Part or nearly qualified actuary
  • Experience of working within a life office or consultancy
  • Experience in developing actuarial models and processes
  • Experience of working in a project environment
