About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Community Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in Leeds and York. The successful candidate will work closely with our community teams to provide crisis intervention and home-based treatment to individuals with mental health needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing, social work, or occupational therapy, with experience working with adults of all ages. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult, liaise, and negotiate with service users, carers, and other professionals.

The estimated salary for this role is £38,690 - £44,884 per annum, depending on experience. This is a permanent position, working 22 hours per week, with a 24/7 shift pattern.
