At The White Company, we are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stockroom Management: Develop and implement strategies to maximize retail standards, ensuring compliance with company policy and procedures.
  • Inventory Control: Implement effective controls for stock takes, price changes, and recalls, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Replenishment Systems: Design and maintain efficient retrieval systems to support timely replenishment to the sales floor.
  • In-Store Transfers: Manage all in-store transfers promptly, ensuring seamless inventory management.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
