Clinical/ Counselling/ Forensic Psychologist

We are seeking an experienced Clinical, Counselling or Forensic Psychologist to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a Senior Psychologist, you will play a key role in providing specialist psychological assessments, formulations, and interventions for individuals with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality clinical supervision to junior psychologists and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, taking into account the individual's unique needs and circumstances.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for service users.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Facilitate reflective practice sessions to promote staff well-being and professional development.
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
- Postgraduate/Doctorate level qualification in Clinical, Counselling, or Forensic Psychology.
- Current registration with the HCPC as a Practitioner Psychologist.
- Experience of working with individuals with complex mental health needs, including those with forensic histories.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to workload and priorities.
