Job Description

Job Title: Clinical Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective performance management of all clinical staff in line with our policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold line management responsibility for Registered nurses and may hold line management responsibility for Healthcare assistants
  • Work alongside and/or support volunteers within the team
  • Ensure that all service users (or when they are not able, relatives) are given the opportunity to participate fully in the care planning process
  • Maintain good communication and liaison with all other departments, internal and external to Sue Ryder, including junior doctors on placement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a clinical leadership role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of relevant policies and procedures
