Clinical Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our team at Sue Ryder Leckhampton Court Hospice. As a Clinical Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of Registered nurses and Healthcare assistants, ensuring the effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of high standards of holistic care for our service users.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of clinical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Developing and implementing care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Coordinating and leading clinical teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Providing education and training to staff, promoting best practices and evidence-based care.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of services and policies.
About You
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Clinical Team Lead who can demonstrate a holistic approach to patient care, knowledge of palliative care, and management experience. You will need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
