SFR Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled sales professional to drive growth in the North territory. As a Sales Growth Specialist - North, you will be responsible for commercial development of a geographical area, contacting and engaging with clients to ensure project business growth.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales to the construction industry, with a focus on consultative sales. They should also have a proven track record in successful sales growth and client retention, as well as excellent negotiation skills.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated sales professional who can work independently and remotely without close supervision. The salary for this role is estimated at £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively manage your own diary and workload, planning and tracking different opportunities
  • Arrange meetings and consult with clients to grow project business
  • Collaborate with other team members to maximize opportunities available to the business

The ideal candidate will be resident in the Northwest of the UK, ideally Greater Manchester or surrounding areas.
