Job Title: Part Time Planner/Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and organized Part Time Planner/Administrator to join our Repairs and Maintenance Department.

About the Role

As a Part Time Planner/Administrator, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling diaries for a multi-disciplinary trade team who deliver high standard housing repairs and project activities to Housing properties across the City.

You will also liaise directly with contractors and trade operatives, undertake general administration duties such as making and receiving telephone calls, printing, collating and filing documents, and sending and receiving emails and letters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule diaries for a multi-disciplinary trade team
  • Liaise directly with contractors and trade operatives
  • Undertake general administration duties
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of planning and scheduling trades across multiple sites with a high volume of tasks.

You will also need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
