We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our nursing team at Willing Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to older adults, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to elderly patients, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Assess and document patient's medical history, symptoms, and progress.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification, with a valid UK NMC.
- Proven experience in clinical nursing, particularly in elderly care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
