We are seeking a skilled Telesales Professional to join our team in South Wales. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers.
You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and close deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technology industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Closing Deals: Close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective lead handover and pipeline management.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
- A competitive base salary of up to £27,000 per annum.
- An uncapped commission structure equating to an additional £10,000 per year.
- Clear career progression into field sales for top performers.
- Supportive, growth-focused work environment with ongoing training and development.
