Job Description

As a Risk Framework Analyst at Swift, you will play a key role in ensuring our Enterprise Risk Framework is effective, efficient, and embedded. You will work closely with the Head of Enterprise Risk Framework and other stakeholders to develop and implement methodology changes, maintain the effectiveness of our ERM Framework collateral, and build a deep knowledge of our ERM Framework.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, developing, implementing, and embedding methodology changes to improve our approach to Risk Management, ensuring alignment with regulatory and industry standards.
  • Maintaining the effectiveness of our ERM Framework collateral (Policy, Standards) to meet business owner and Risk Partner needs.
  • Buidling a deep knowledge of our ERM Framework to support training and responding to user queries.
  • Supporting the refresh and delivery of our ERM Framework, staying aware of advances in Risk Management.
  • Collaborating with the implementation of our company-wide GRC Solution project to enhance risk, control, and mitigation data.
  • Analysing Enterprise Risk Register data to assess implementation of our ERM Framework and working with Risk Partners to continuously improve data quality.
  • Supporting colleagues within the Risk Centre of Excellence to support Risk Management within Swift.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years' experience working in a similar role within Risk Management, Internal Controls, or Audit & Assurance, and a keen interest to grow your expertise in Risk Management.
  • ISO 31000 certification would be beneficial (though not essential).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A good communicator able to engage proactively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Driven by engaging in varied activities and thriving in a high-paced environment.
  • Solution-oriented, curious, and willing to ask questions.
  • Flexible and adaptable to achieve needed outcomes.
  • Customer-focused and outcome-driven.
  • A sound interest in the financial services industry.
