As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective Enterprise Risk Management framework that aligns with our business objectives.

Job Description
  1. Design and Implement the ERM Framework: Develop policies, procedures, and reporting tools to ensure the framework's effectiveness.
  2. Risk Assessment and Monitoring: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, assess, and monitor organizational risks, ensuring their effective management.
  3. Integration and Stakeholder Management: Integrate risk management into business processes and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  4. Risk Assessments and Control Improvements: Support risk assessments, provide mitigation guidance, and recommend internal control improvements.
  5. Culture Development and Audit: Foster a risk-aware culture and regularly audit the ERM Framework to ensure its effectiveness.
  6. Reporting and Communication: Report on business risks and their management to leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, risk, finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in enterprise risk management, preferably in professional services or corporate settings.
  • Knowledge of ERM frameworks, risk assessment tools, and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with risk management software is an asset.
  • Ability to lead change, manage complex projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Estimated Salary: €90,000 - €120,000 per year.
