We are seeking a skilled Oncology Pharmacist to join our team in London. As a Locum Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in covering the oncology wards and providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Medicines reconciliation and drug chart screening
  • Offering advice to patients on the wards
  • Screening in the dispensary, inpatients, and outpatients
  • Assisting the ATOs and Pharm Techs with checking when needed

Requirements:

  • Current and valid registration with the GPHC as a Pharmacist
  • Previous oncology experience is essential
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
