Retail Team Leader

Join DCK Group as a Retail Team Leader and take on a key role in our retail operations. As a leader, you will be responsible for providing face-to-face contact and hands-on merchandising expertise in our partner stores, as well as line management support to our retail associates.
About the RoleWe are looking for a confident and positive individual with supervisory experience in a retail setting. You will need to be able to work unsupervised, follow written and visual instructions, and have a great standard of personal presentation as an ambassador for our brands.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver excellent product presentation and visual merchandising standards to optimise sales
- Provide line management support to your team of retail associates, including zone escalation support and ad-hoc expertise
- Follow all operational processes and policies to ensure an efficient and safe working environment
- Use our industry-leading scheduling system to plan appointments and manage your time effectively
- Supervisory experience in a retail setting
- Confident and positive with good interpersonal skills
- Happy to work unsupervised and follow written and visual instructions
- Great standard of personal presentation as an ambassador for our brands
- Access to a device with Android 8.1 or later or Apple iOS 13.4 or later
- Confident with the use of mobile software and apps

This is a multi-site role, providing cover in your designated zone, so you will need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.
