As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to students with special educational needs (SEN) in a classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting the teacher in implementing individual education plans for students with SEN
  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborating with other staff members and professionals to support student progress

Requirements:

  • Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
  • Relevant experience working with children or young people with SEN
Desirable Qualifications and Skills:
  • Knowledge of SEN and different learning needs
  • Patience, empathy, and understanding towards students with SEN
