At Creative Support, we are seeking a dedicated and caring Companionship Worker to join our team in Carlisle, Cumbria. As a residential care home, we provide high-quality support and care to residents, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing person-centred care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assisting residents with daily living tasks and activities, such as personal care and mobility.
  • Encouraging residents to participate in life-enriching activities, tailored to their interests and abilities.
  • Working closely with the care team to develop and implement care plans that meet individual needs.

We offer a supportive and inclusive work environment, with opportunities for professional development and growth. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £21,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
