Compassionate ISVA Specialist

Victim Support is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our North Cumberland team as an Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA). This role presents a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who have experienced sexual violence.

• We are looking for someone with experience working with vulnerable populations, particularly survivors of sexual violence, to provide expert support and guidance.
• The successful candidate will work closely with police, health professionals, and other agencies to ensure comprehensive care for survivors.
• This role requires delivering high-quality, customer-focused services that meet the unique needs of each client, driving improvements and best practices through collaboration with internal stakeholders.

• A competitive salary range of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
