Job Summary

We are seeking a Night Porter to join our Front of House Team at Ragdale Hall Spa. As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and welfare of our guests and staff during the night shift.

Main Responsibilities

  • Security and Safety
    • Take responsibility for the security of the Hall and its grounds, including the car park.
    • Ensure the care and safety of guests and staff throughout the night.
  • Guest Services
    • Assist guests with requests and enquiries.
    • Offer a limited provision of drinks.
  • Housekeeping
    • Ensure all specified areas are kept clean.
  • Emergency Procedures
    • Be aware of your responsibilities in the event of a fire alarm and be fully conversant with how to operate the fire alarm panel.

Requirements

  • Full training will be given, but applicants must be friendly and confident with a good awareness of customer care.

Working Hours

  • 18 hours per week worked over 2 nights: 9.45pm - 7.45am, including some weekends.
