Job SummaryAs a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be working in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing therapeutic care and support to patients with a range of mental health needs. You will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing care plans, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Main Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients with mental health conditions.
- Assess patients' needs and develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals, including healthcare assistants, to provide high-quality care to patients.
- Ensure accurate and timely records are maintained, complying with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Current valid NMC pin.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
- Proactive and positive self-starter.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Well-organized with good time management skills.
- Valid Enhanced DBS or on the update service.
- Currently working in a compliance-focused role.
