The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team and have security engineering experience gained in a large, regulated enterprise, preferably in the financial services, pharmaceuticals, or telecoms sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 5 security engineers and manage a portfolio of services.
- Deploy, configure, and manage security technologies, including vulnerability management tooling (Tenable).
- Develop and implement automation, optimisation, and reporting on key metrics to internal teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing a team and security engineering in a large, regulated enterprise.
- Knowledge of vulnerability management tooling (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, or similar).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
What We Offer:
- Salary up to £85,000 (negotiable) + excellent bonus potential.
