About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BMS Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a Mobile BMS Service Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out routine BMS maintenance on various sites and responding to callouts from our Maintenance Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine BMS service visits to ensure optimal system performance
  • Respond to BMS callouts in a timely and efficient manner
  • Support the Maintenance Operations Team with customer queries and provide clear and accurate reports
  • Perform BMS related small works projects, including replacing controllers, modules, sensors, or actuators
  • Attend client meetings and maintain regular client communication to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience with BMS systems, including Trend, Delta, Johnsons, or Tridium
  • Knowledge of system controls and operation strategies, including MCC panels and control panel wiring diagrams
  • Understanding of mechanical plant operation and control, as well as electrical systems
  • Ability to work effectively without close supervision and be a self-starter
  • Excellent written skills and ability to provide reports in a timely manner
