Orka Financial is seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our team as a Senior Finance Business Partner-Manufacturing. This role will be responsible for driving financial excellence across our UK manufacturing facility in Melonsby.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the manufacturing facility in analyzing efficiency, break-even analysis, and cost recoverability
- Analyze how the manufacturing facility drives value and delivers to Operations
- Support the manufacturing expansion pipeline in implementation and execution phase
- Provide month-end reporting, analysis, budgets, and forecasts to the manufacturing management team
- Analyze and calculate standards costs and labor rates
- Challenge management in constructive ways and suggest areas for improvement
- Understand and manage the cost center reporting and cost structure in SAP
- Suggest key finance KPIs for the manufacturing team and track against them
- Proactively investigate operational results for the North region and suggest areas for improvement
- Ensure finance reviews and rigor are in place to monitor operational results across the North region
- Work with the UK Engineering and R&D team to prioritize projects with commercial value
- Support all areas with month-end reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
A competitive salary of £60,000-£70,000, plus a £5k car allowance and benefits, is on offer for this exciting opportunity.
