Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to take on a challenging role focusing on safeguarding and quality. This individual will possess a Social Work Qualification, registration with Social Work England, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

The main responsibilities of this role involve assessing family functioning, developing and implementing strategies to prevent relationship breakdown, and collaborating with other professionals to enhance the lives of children, young people, and families.

You will carry out assessments, plan responses to safeguard children from abuse, neglect, or exploitation, and arrange alternative care. Additionally, you will promote autonomy and development for individuals with complex social needs.

As part of this role, you will maintain accurate records, participate in planning and decision-making forums, and contribute to organizational capability by working on project or process teams.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
