Our client, a leading Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy, is currently recruiting for a Building Control Surveyor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis from their growing office.

 

The ideal candidate will be a fully registered Building Control Surveyor or in the process of applying, with experience in the residential and commercial sectors.

 

Building Control Surveyor Position Overview

 

  • Conduct surveys of unsafe buildings, providing advice or approving their demolition
  • Prepare inspection reports and issue completion certificates
  • Be involved in a wide variety of work, including plan checking, site inspections, and project management duties
  • Ensure projects run smoothly from inception to completion, while ensuring compliance with building regulations

 

Building Control Surveyor Position Requirements

 

  • Prior experience as a Building Control Surveyor in the residential and commercial sectors
  • Be fully registered or in the process of applying (Level 2F or 3G)
  • Be open to level 2D/E in the North Yorkshire area
  • Hold a degree qualification
  • Be full or part-qualified RICS or CABE

  • Salary: £45k - £65k (Guide only - DOE)
