As a Retention Analyst at Entain, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer loyalty and retention across our UK brands. This exciting opportunity will challenge you to leverage data insights to inform marketing strategies, optimize customer experiences, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to design and implement data-driven solutions for customer retention.
  • Lead the delivery of customer insights and conduct in-depth analysis to inform data-based decision-making for key customer retention activities.
  • Develop and automate advanced reports and dashboards using data visualization tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement efficiency improvements and quality enhancements within retention processes.
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses to calculate the return on investment (ROI) for complex CRM initiatives and retention marketing strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop data-driven solutions that optimize customer loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Educate business users and leaders on measuring performance and interpreting results, providing fact-based recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in marketing analytics, CRM, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in CRM analysis or a related analytical role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for advanced data analysis.
  • Advanced expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate complex insights effectively.
  • Proven track record of delivering actionable insights and influencing data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement in data analysis techniques, tools, and automation.
  • Strong analytical mindset and an eagerness to learn and grow in the field of marketing analytics.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Passion for data-driven marketing and deriving insights from customer behavior.
