Unlock Customer Retention Insights

As a Retention Analyst at Entain, you will be responsible for driving customer retention strategies across UK brands. You will work closely with marketing and commercial teams to design and implement data-driven solutions to track and improve customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions that optimize customer loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Lead the delivery of customer insights and conduct in-depth analysis to drive data-based decision-making for key customer retention activities.
  • Develop and automate advanced reports and dashboards using data visualization tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses to calculate the return on investment (ROI) for complex CRM initiatives and retention marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in CRM analysis or a related analytical role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for advanced data analysis.
  • Advanced expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate complex insights effectively.
  • Proven track record of delivering actionable insights and influencing data-driven decision-making.
