As a Receptionist, you will be an ambassador for our brand, promoting our values of Working Together, Pride and Passion, Authenticity, and Sheps Spirit.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing a warm welcome and exceptional customer service to hotel guests
- Managing front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures
- Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and being able to make recommendations to guests
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work well under pressure. If you have experience in the hospitality or retail industry, that's a bonus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
